Inspired by life growing up in France, near Italy, the family behind legacy restaurants Bistango and Bayside Restaurant, opened Press & Moka Coffeehouse-their first coffee concept–in June 2022. Bringing a touch of European life to Irvine, Marc and sister Karyn Ghoukassian partnered with Italy’s oldest roastery, Cafè Vergnano, to create a rich menu of everyday café favorites alongside specialty coffee roasts for Press & Moka. Food options include grab-and-go European-style salads, sandwiches, panini’s, pastries and other classic café items.
The coffeehouse features free high speed WiFi, an expansive outdoor seating area, along with tables inside, and ample complimentary validated parking.

On-Site Property Management – Airport Tower has a dedicated on-site Property Management, Leasing and Engineering Team. An onsite notary public is available by appointment only, at a rate of $15.00 per signature notarized.
Security – Is on-site Monday through Friday 11:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm. All after-hour access is provided via secured access system.
Loading Zone – A dedicated loading zone for deliveries and three 15-minute drop-off parking stalls are available in the surface parking lot. Delivery access is available via the freight-elevator, located in the building lobby. Prior coordination with Property Management is requested for large deliveries and move-ins.
Mail Hub – A mail hub is located at the ground level of the parking structure. Express mail drop boxes are available onsite for UPS, FedEx and GLS priority mail.
