Airport Tower has a dedicated on-site Property Management, Leasing and Engineering Team. Security is on-site Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm. All after-hour access is provided via secured card access system.

Features include an active outdoor landscaped courtyard area that offers a tranquil area with covered seating, dining and conferencing. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

Inspired by life growing up in France, near Italy, the family behind legacy restaurants Bistango and Bayside Restaurant, opened Press & Moka Coffeehouse-their first coffee concept–in June 2022. Bringing a touch of European life to Irvine, Marc and sister Karyn Ghoukassian partnered with Italy’s oldest roastery, Cafè Vergnano, to create a rich menu of everyday café favorites alongside specialty coffee roasts for Press & Moka. Food options include grab-and-go European-style salads, sandwiches, panini’s, pastries and other classic café items.

The coffeehouse features free high speed WiFi, an expansive outdoor seating area, a putting green, along with tables inside, and ample complimentary parking.
